Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or 21 where local law requires, and able to enter into a binding contract. The Services are not available where they are prohibited by law.

Social gaming only, no real-money gambling

Masa is a social game for entertainment. Masa does not offer real-money gambling, and you cannot win money or anything of monetary value. Chips, Gems, memberships, avatars, gifts and other in-game items (“Virtual Items”) have no cash value, cannot be redeemed, sold, transferred or exchanged for money, prizes or anything outside the Services, and are not your property. Success in social games does not imply future success at real-money gambling.

Your account

Keep your sign-in phone number or email secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Guest accounts are tied to one device and may be lost if you remove the app without linking a phone or email. One person, one account: do not buy, sell or share accounts.

Virtual Items and purchases

• We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use Virtual Items within the Services.
• Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play in the apps, or through Stripe on the web, and are subject to their terms. Except where the law requires otherwise, purchases are final and non-refundable.
• Memberships renew automatically until you cancel them: in your App Store or Google Play account settings or, for a membership bought on the web, by turning off auto-renew on the Membership screen in Masa.
• We may change, rebalance or discontinue Virtual Items and prices. Virtual Items may be lost when an account is deleted or terminated.

Fair play

Do not cheat, collude with other players, exploit bugs, use bots or automation, or interfere with the Services. Game outcomes are determined by our servers; we may void results and remove Virtual Items obtained unfairly.

Tables may include Masa’s own computer-controlled players; their voices are generated with AI.

Community conduct

• Be respectful. No harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual content or spam in chat, voice, video, names or avatars.
• Do not share other people’s personal information or impersonate anyone.
• You are responsible for what you say and show at the table. We may moderate, mute, suspend or ban accounts that break these rules.

Content and intellectual property

The Services, including games, artwork, avatars and software, belong to Masa and its licensors. You keep the rights to the messages, clips, captions, comments and voice-overs you create, but allow us to host, show and share them to operate the Services, for example on Explore or through a clip link, as you choose.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Masa and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm other players, and may discontinue the Services with reasonable notice.

Disclaimers and liability

The Services are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

Changes, law and contact

We may update these Terms and will tell you about significant changes. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Questions? Email info@bivex.com.
